ACCOMMODATIONS
- Standard acccomodation includes one king or two double beds, telephones with voice mail, satellite television, in-room safe, iron, ironing board, full bath with hair dryer. Private balcony.
TEACHING SCHEDULE
- Classes are Monday-Friday.
- Sample schedule:
- 8:00 - 8:45am Cardio Interval (studio)
- 11:00 - 11:45am Aqua Fitness (pool)
- 6:00 - 6:45pm Sunset Yoga Stretch (studio)
- The studio has a hardwood floor and is fully equipped with steps, weights, large stability balls, bands, yoga mats and regular mats. The clients tend to prefer more of an invigorating class in the morning and then a stretched-base class in the evening. Instructor has the flexibility to adapt the schedule part way into the week based on clients feedback/preferences but this must be communicated to the Spa staff and the Entertainment Manager to avoid any miscommunications.
