FAMILY FRIENDLY OPTIONS

As per the contract agreements, the resorts which NRG2GO works with allow the instructor and ONE companion to stay all-inclusively.

While our company always try to negotiate children's rates where possible, the resorts do not often see the value in this nor usually agree to this as their ‘kids stay free’ promotions only qualify when there’s two full paying adults in the room. Guest Instructors and their companions pay air only and are not ‘full paying’ adults.

If the instructor wants to take their kids, full package fares apply. A full package is air plus accommodation sold through tour operator based on double occupancy ie. not children’s rates.

A few of the properties we work with do generously offer the following family options. Note: They are based on sharing the same room as instructor and must adhere to the maximum 3 adults per room or 2 adults and 2 kids per room guidelines.

  1. VILLAS SOL HOTEL & BEACH RESORT, Liberia, Costa Rica, Mind/Body-based contract - This family-friendly resort is located in one of the most popular tropical destination. They offer the following list of special rates per night, per child (maximum 2) child 2-12 years (payable on-site):

    Dec 1st-21st, 2007 = $30
    Dec 22nd-Jan 1st, 2008 = $52
    Jan 2nd-Jan 31st, 2008 = $32
    Feb 1st-Mar 15th, 2008 = $35
    Mar 16th-23rd, 2008 = $52
    Mar 24th-31st, 2008 = $35
    Apr 1st-Nov 30th = $32

  2. SUNSET BEACH RESORT & SPA, Montego Bay, Jamaica, Fitness-based contract - This family-friendly resort has just added a brand new waterpark. They offer a special rate of $35 USD/nt/per child 2-12 years (payable on-site).
  3. SUNSET JAMAICA GRANDE RESORT & SPA, Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Fitness-based contract - This hotel, is well-located with a fun and friendly vibe - beachfront in the heart of it all in fun Ocho Rios, offering instructors a special of 2 kids 0-11 years $45 per child. Child 12 years+ or second adult companion $80 USD/nt.
  4. SUNSET AT THE PALMS RESORT & SPA, Negril, Jamaica, Mind/Body-based contract - The unique vibe of this 'treehouse' resort is quiet, unobtrusive in sought after Negril. It offers instructors a special of 1 child 11 years and under $25 USD per night. Note: there's no option to have two kids in the room as the maximum occupancy is either two adults or two adults and one child. There is no triple occupancy (three adults in a room). Due to the low-key feel, there are not as many families at this resort and the occupancy does not encourage this.
