Direct any ‘status of application’ questions to Jill/Katie.
Jill and Katie assist with administration and work part-time in the NRG2GO office. Most correspondence done prior to approval is handled by Jill and Katie. Any questions can be handled by all staff regardless to the status of an applicant.
Office lines are monitored Mon-Fri from approximately 9am - 5pm EST.
NRG2GO receives a lot of correspondence daily and strives for a turn around within 2 business days.
