ONE COMPANION - Instructors receive all-inclusive guest privileges at our resorts for themselves and ONE companion.
COMPANIONS SHOULD BE WELL-VERSED WITH THE PROGRAM – Companions attitude/behavior is a direct reflection of the instructor, NRG2GO and the resort. Each instructor should review the role they (the instructor) will have during their stay at the resort and the responsibilities/commitments. There’s no obligation, however, it’s always looked at favorably when instructors companions take part in some of the classes and other activities at the resort.
CAN MY TRAVEL COMPANION BE A FELLOW INSTRUCTOR? - Yes. If this person would like to share classes or team-teach, they must go through the application and screening process. Travelling with a fitness colleague can be a lot of fun and cut down costs (ie. Sharing program)
CAN MY TRAVEL COMPANION BE MY CHILD? - Yes. Children are acceptable companions at resorts that are not 'adults only'. Keep in mind that you are responsible for their well being and safety at all times. Some resorts have children's programs. Others offer baby-sitting at night for additional fees. It may be appropriate for kids to take part in some classes but we do not encourage leaving children unattended while teaching classes.
ADDITIONAL COMPANIONS - Some resorts do allow for additional companions and we have listed these rates below. At other resorts instructors can bring an additional companions with them, however, these people must buy full packages> (ie. air & hotel pkg).

In addition, this resort offers additional nightly rates. Instructor may book additional nights before or after teaching assignment to do excursions/tour the area. The rates are per person per night based in 2 persons per room based on availability

All rates are subject to change and are payable on site.
The challenge can be finding reasonably priced pkgs as most resorts in our line-up are very high end. Note: one additional companion requires a pkg based on single occupancy. Double occupancy is always much more economical so if instructors wish to bring one additional companion and want to travel to a resort other than the three listed above, it would be wise to bring an additional two companions (above and beyond the one companion).
WHAT IF MY TRAVEL COMPANION CHANGES? – NRG2GO needs to be informed of these changes as soon as possible as we need to send the correct client names to the resort.
AIRLINE NAME CHANGE REGULATIONS - check with your travel agent. Most airlines will not allow changes within three weeks of travel (100% penalties apply). Airlines charge fees for name changes. Some do not allow for any changes made to a booking. With proper insurance coverage, some of this can be redeemed if the reason is a medical emergency.
