- The Mayan Riviera is a scenic unspoiled region full of history.
- Not so long ago, the entire region south of Cancun was nothing more than virgin white sand beach and dense tropical mangroves. Now this 100 mile corridor, newly dubbed the "Riviera Maya" or "Mayan Riviera" has undergone tremendous transformation within only a couple of years. It is now dotted with many unique and upscale resorts and nature parks, and has gained high acclaim as one of the most desired holiday spots.
- This Mayan paradise offers vacationers sun, surf, plus many spectacular archaelogical sites and wonder. The Mayan Riviera is a fantastic area for snorkelling and scuba diving.

- As featured on the cover of the "Resorts & Great Hotels" magazine this 5* upscale, boutique spa property opened in 2001 and was completely refurbished in 2006. It is situated near the small town of Puerto Morelos which is located approximately 25 min's from Cancun and 15 min's from the funky town of Playa del Carmen. This fine hotel is in a scenic unspoiled region full of history.
- While not an "all-inclusive" hotel, the instructor and their companion's stay includes a $100 per person per day meal and beverage allowance.
- To handle gratuities, $100 USD per person will be added to the room bill (if instructor travels with a companion, the amount is $200 total for two persons, per week) which covers the tips. This amount will be shared by all the staff in accordance to the General Manager's recommendation. This simplifies calculating the tip amount for each meal and is distributed fairly.

- "Butler boxes" in each room allow for delivery of continental breakfast including fresh juice, coffee, croissants/breads and newspaper daily.
