- Instructor and companion each have a daily $100 U.S credit to use towards food and beverage. You will need to sign each receipt with your room number.
- To handle gratuities, $100 USD per person will be added to the room bill (if instructor travels with a companion, the amount is $200 total for two persons, per week) which covers the tips.This amount will be shared by all the staff in accordance to the General Manager's recommendation. This simplifies calculating the tip amount for each meal and is distributed fairly.

- "Butler boxes" in each room allow for delivery of continental breakfast including fresh juice, coffee, croissants/breads and newspaper daily.
