Once a playground of millionaires, Varadero is now Cuba's largest and most diverse resort area. Visitors are welcomed with genuine hospitality as they delight in the spectacular beaches and tropical landscapes.

It was upon his landing on the coast of Holguin on Oct 27, 1492 that Columbus said "This is the most beautiful land that man has laid eyes upon".

Nestled on 19 acres overlooking Arroyo Bermejo beach and surrounded by beautiful mountains, this adults-only is the perfect setting for a secluded holiday away from the hustle and bustle. This tropical hideaway, situated mid-way between Varadero and Havana, offers superb food and around the clock activities, including a 24 hour games room with billiards and table games, and a 24 hour hot tub in the garden area for a midnight dip.
Approximately 1 hr from Varadero and Havana airports.
Transfers to/from the resort are included.

One Buffet restaurant and 3 a la carte restaurants (International, Italian, Snacks, Grill/BBQ), 5 bars including Lobby Bar, Piano Bar, Pub Bar, Beach Bar, live entertainment.
Scuba diving with equipment, snorkeling, waterskiing, sailing, windsurfing, tennis, bicycles, volleyball, dance lessons and Spanish lessons.

All rooms are air conditioned with cable/satellite TV, in room safe, 1 king or 2 twin beds, full bathroom, hair dryer, coffee/tea maker, cd player.

Approximately 2 hrs of teaching per day except for arrival and departure days.
Staff training (instructor is to provide handouts of various formats taught throughout visit or even mind/body formats - can include cueing, 'do's/don'ts', safety tips. There is no formal time set aside for this however, should be arranged at discretion of instructor on-site with Gym Monitor. This should be presented to animators/activity staff during stay at times convenient to instructor and staff.
Sample schedule:

10:30 - 11:00am Aqua Fitness
4:30 - 5:00pm Fitness 101 or Basic Stretch (guests and instructors choice). The resort likes to offer a cardio format some days for variety but often the guests just want to do a more relaxing class at the end of the day so the instructor needs to be flexible.

The gym is small but does have a section for classes. It's air conditioned with steps and mats as per picture with a beautiful oceanfront locale.
