Airfare is additional and ranges by season and location. NRG2GO/TPI Travel prefers making these reservations for instructors leaving from Canadian gateways.

Being a part of Travel Professionals International (TPI), NRG2GO is able to locate flights using the most technologically advanced systems. Pricing for instructors/companions air is offered at their costs. Trips are meant to be as cost efficient as possible.

For instructors outside of Canada, they must use the services of their own travel agent.
IS THERE A CERTAIN DAY OF THE WEEK MY TRIP MUST START/END?

Yes, resorts prefer instructors’ arrival/departure dates to be Saturday-Saturday and are mandatory at the Allegro Playacar due to the fact that they have a designated instructor room.
CAN I USE 'POINTS' TO BOOK MY AIR?

Absolutely! Arrangements with Frequent Flyer Programs must be booked directly with these companies.

‘Stand-bys’ are not accepted. All air reservations must be confirmed.

Passports are the recommended travel documentation. Traveling with a passport while not required for every country is preferred. It is the best international form of Identification and simplifies clearing customs.

Passports are mandatory for travel to Cuba. For Canadian Citizens, driver’s license and birth certificate are accepted for travel to all of the other destinations in our line up.

For instructors departing outside of Canada, local travel agents should be consulted to be sure that correct documentation is in order. For example, a birth certificate with a raised stamp may be necessary for US travelers to enter Jamaica.
